By accessing or using HiveHQ, including any related software, bots, APIs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Description of Services
HiveHQ is a software platform that integrates with TikTok Shop through authorized APIs and permissions granted by the user. The platform provides analytics, automation, and operational tooling related to shop performance, sales, creators, affiliates, finance, shipping, refunds, and user-entered cost data.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HiveHQ.
Account Access and Responsibility
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account, whether performed by them or by anyone they share access with.
Data Collection and Use
HiveHQ processes shop, sales, product, affiliate, creator, video, shipping, refund, and financial data solely to provide services.
GDPR and Data Protection
HiveHQ acts as a Data Processor. Data may be processed on U.S.-based AWS servers using Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Retention
Data is retained for up to 90 days following termination unless legally required.
Automation and API Usage
HiveHQ performs authorized automated actions through TikTok APIs including outreach, data syncing, collaboration setup, and commission configuration.
Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
HiveHQ is not responsible for TikTok API downtime, inaccuracies, bans, throttling, or policy changes.
Financial Disclaimer
HiveHQ provides estimations only and is not responsible for financial decisions.
Fees and Refunds
All fees are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Suspension and Termination
HiveHQ may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or nonpayment.
Intellectual Property
All HiveHQ software is proprietary and protected.
Marketing Use of Logos
Users grant HiveHQ permission to use logos for marketing with email opt-out.
Indemnification
Users indemnify HiveHQ against claims arising from misuse.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is capped at fees paid in the current billing period.
Arbitration and Governing Law
Governed by Delaware law with binding virtual arbitration.
Modifications
HiveHQ may update terms at any time.
