By signing up for Hive HQ, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions outlined below. Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Data Privacy

HiveHQ is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information and will not disclose any data to third parties. By signing up with Hive HQ, you agree to share necessary information to facilitate our services, including:

  • Encrypted Passwords: All passwords created during sign-up remain encrypted and are inaccessible to us.
  • Onboarding Information: Your email address and other details provided during onboarding are securely stored, but your password remains encrypted.
  • TikTok Shop Access: Hive HQ Bot accesses your TikTok Shop solely through the permissions you grant us as a sub-user of your Affiliate Center. This access is strictly used for:
    • Analyzing relevant informationProviding administrative support
    • Providing administrative support
    • Performing automated tasks required to fulfill your selected plan.
  • Payment Information:  When signing up for a paid service, your payment data is processed via our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. Hive HQ Bot does not access, store, or retain your payment information; it remains confidential between you and Stripe.

Hive HQ Bot will never share, exchange, or sell your information.

Fulfillment and Refund Policy

Hive HQ Bot continuously adapts to TikTok’s evolving platform to provide you with top-tier service. While we strive to deliver on all plan inclusions, certain limitations imposed by TikTok may impact our performance, which are beyond our control. These limitations could include suspensions or restrictions TikTok places on shops at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next monthly renewal date. Your outreach activities will continue until the day before your subscription's renewal.

Payment Terms

All subscription and service fees are due on the invoice date or as otherwise specified in the billing agreement.
Payments not received by the due date will be considered past due.

Grace Period

Hive HQ may provide a grace period of up to 7 calendar days from the due date for overdue payments. During this time, services will remain active.

Service Suspension

If payment is not made within the grace period, Hive HQ reserves the right to suspend all services associated with the account.
Suspended services will be reinstated within 24 hours of receiving the overdue payment.

Communication Regarding Past Due Payments

Customers with past-due accounts will be notified via email or other communication methods on file.
Hive HQ will provide clear instructions on how to settle the overdue amount to restore services.

Account Termination

Accounts with payments overdue by 30 calendar days or more may be terminated permanently. Any data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Intellectual Property

The Hive HQ Bot software and all its elements — including, but not limited to, designs, systems, and user interfaces — are proprietary to Hive HQ and remain the intellectual property of the company.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Hive HQ reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions without prior notice.
